Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your handmade item, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
- 14-Day return window: You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request an exchange or return.
- Return conditions: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition they were sold, with original tags attached. Personalised or custom items are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged.
- Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for any exchange or return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping service for returns, as we can’t take responsibility for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange your item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges can be made for products of equal or lesser value. If you’re exchanging for an item of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference.
Payment-specific terms
Orders paid via Afterpay, Klarna, or PayPal are eligible for store credit only upon return or exchange. This policy ensures we can continue offering flexible payment options while managing transaction fees.
Exclusions for Returns and Exchanges
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Sale items marked as final
- Custom products or personalised items
- Items with signs of wear or stains will not be accepted.
