Production Time

Each SAKITA product is handmade to order, so please allow up to 2 weeks for production before your item is ready to ship.

 

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Once your order is ready, shipping within Australia typically takes 1-4 business days.

 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide, and delivery times can vary depending on where you are. As a guide:

• New Zealand: usually arrives in 9–15 business days
• International destinations: typically takes 10–28 business days

These are estimated timeframes — your order might arrive sooner, but customs or local delays can sometimes slow things down. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

 

Shipping Costs

We offer free worldwide shipping during our launch period. After that, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

 

Shipping Responsibility

While we take care in packaging your order, we cannot be responsible for damage or loss during shipping. We recommend retaining your tracking number for peace of mind when returning items, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
